With over fifteen years of experience in a number of modalities, my goal is to work with you to meet your body's needs.   

Sports massage is proven to release and reduce tension in muscles, improve circulation and encourage the removal of waste products such as lactic acid during high intensity activity and can help to relax the body. All of this helps promote recovery and reduces the chance of muscle injury.

 

Deep Tissue

My mission is to help you heal. I want you to leave your session feeling better, but my priority is your overall health. 

Deep Tissue is a slow relaxing massage that increases blood flow, relieves tension and reduces anxiety levels.

This is our most popular treatment ideal for those office workers being in the same position all day long. 

Dry Cupping

Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction.
Cupping also helps with Cellulite, increase blood flow in the body, trapped nerves & recovery.

    Circulation of the blood is key and from having an hour massage you might feel slightly lightheaded after and that is normal.  

    Water helps purify your kidneys, and these organs help process key nutrients and toxins! The water flushes the free radicals released during a massage out and oxygenates your cells to help produce more of the good stuff.

     


    Its like going to the gym for the first time you will be in pain all week literally its better to start with a light massage, then ease your way into a sports massage and let your body get used to having a lot more pressure. 


    Personally No it might feel slightly uncomfortable for the first 30 seconds then after that you start to neutralize the feeling. A tattoo feels a lot more painful than dry cupping to be honest.
